Molecular imprinted solid phase extraction combined with determination of diethylstilbestrol in environmental water samples

Phenolic environmental estrogens (PEEs) are representative of estrogens, which commonly known as bisphenol, alkyl phenols, triazine herbicides, and non-steroidal such diethylstilbestrol. Diethylstilbestrol is on the list drugs other compounds prohibited in food animals. Therefore, control its illegal use has become a very urgent problem, it necessary to analyze estrogen residue water samples. In this study, molecularly imprinted nanofiber membrane was prepared by electrospinning, samples were pre-treated with solid phase extraction technology, applied detection estrostilbestrol environment. For degree diethylstilbestrol different samples, recovery rate nanofibers significantly higher than that blank C18 column. The combination molecular imprinting effective for enrichment trace substances. This study provides an method screening identification further improves accuracy corresponding estrogen.
